I applied for a pre-approved loan at Bajaj Finance and a gentleman named Ankit visited me in June 2013 , and took signed documents and 3 blank cheques in the name of Bajaj Finance. I did not receive any receipt or confirmation and since then, there has been no communication from the company on the status of my loan application and my documents and cheques are still with them. Once or twice I got assurance from Ankit and his superior that they will return my documents since the application was rejected. Sometimes they say the application was rejected in early July, and yet they did not send me anything in writing or return my documents. Inspite of my numerous reminders, phone calls and SMS, they are yet to return my documents and cheques and have not given me any reasonable explanation or apology.

Rs 25170.91 with my documents and blank cheques returned.
