BAJAJ PULSAR 150 UG4.5 – material malfunctioning

REDRESSEL OF GRIEVANCE Dear Sir 1 Refer to my Invoice No.1490, Booking No.BK01669, and type of vehicle no. KL-43-F-583 (PULSAR 150 UG4.5) dated 04/10/13, which was purchased with full cash payment from POPULAR MOTOR CORPORATION, 30/1231, BEEVA TOWERS,NH-47 BYE PASS,VYTTILA,KOCHI-682019 2 It’s been most unfortunate and quite alarming that the below mentioned problems were executed from the very first day. (a) Gear transmission is very hard and false neutral (seems to have material malfunctioning of gear box) (b) In spite being tank full of fuel the vehicle suddenly stops enroute and bike unable to start (seems to have improper fuel supply to the engine) 3 However I had approached to sales and services team of popular Bajaj at Emmy Square,S.A. Road Service Centre, but I regret to inform you that their behaviour is quite annoying; rather than troubleshooting the problem they are simply blaming to R & D of Bajaj and trying to escape the matter by silly excuses . Nevertheless as a OEM it is not only effecting the brand name of BAJAJ, but also leading to great trouble and botheration for customers; Hence this type of practice should not be tolerated and it should be further stopped with immediate effect leading to less hardship to all customers; More on these type of behavior is increasing the sense of losing my hard earned money. 4 In view of above it is further requested that all Warranty: Scopes & Limits are falling under desired parameters; hence I request your good office to kindly have a keen observation in above mentioned case and further deal it with at most priority. a) Product should be changed or money should returned back,as all parameters are falling under warranty limits.
