I took Bajrang Packers N Movers services to relocate my critical household items (along with my 2 wheeler) from Howrah to Bangalore. Bajrang took my items on 3rd April, 2014 and after lot of suffering I received part of my items (received 19 cartoons out of 27) on 29th April, 2014. And now Bajrang team is not giving me any information of my remaining items (that includes my 2 wheeler). While I am calling them, they are not picking my calls and neither calling me for any information. I am spending my days with lots of anxiety and suffering and I do not know if they will return my items or not. I have given them Rs.14400 during the initial shipment and also paid Rs.1000 during partly received of my items and the total deal value is Rs. 17400.

I would request if you please help me to get back my complete items from Bajrang as early as possible and I need penalty from them for not delivering my items on times and not giving me any information on the status of the items, also teach them a lesson so that they do not cheat customers farther.
