Balance Amount Forfeited

I had balance of Rs.418/- on my prepaid Mobile No.9967587899 on 16/10/2009. The Validity had expired on 7/10/09. I vigorouly tried validity recharge of various denominations, but was not successful for reasons best known to airtel. I contacted Customer Service Executives who assured me I would be able to recharge in 24 hours, but was not. I went to the gallery at JB Nagar, on 19.10.09 where again I was assured I would be able to recharge in 24 hours, but again my transaction was termed unsuccessful. On 23/10/2009 my balance amount was forfeoted.I sent E-mail to Customer Service Section on 22/10/2009 and Complaint No.1022474113 was registered with an assured to get back to me in 24 hours, nothing happened. I sent mail to Nodal Officer and complaint Reference No.281020094334 was given assuring that the Officer will get back to me in 24 hours, nothing happened. I sent mail to Apellate Officer on 5/11/2009 who sought 5 wordking days time to get back to me, nothing happened. I sent a reminder on 13/11/2009 and again the Apellate Office is asking 5 working days time to get back to me. I am confident that these a tactics to discourage clients from seeking redressal to their complaints. I have gone throug a lot of mental torture, and have suffered imensely due to the callalous attituede and irresponsible of the Aitel Service Executives, the Nodal Officer and the Apeallate Officer. I demand refund of Rs.418/- with interest and appeal for appropriate compensation for mental torture and losses incurred on account of non-operational of the Moblie. I also demand strict action against the Officers and Executives concerned for not fulfulling their responsibilites effectively,
