Balance deduction and pathetic customer executives

Hello,

I am a prepaid user, I had done recharge of 333(full talktime) and just made 3-4 calls in the evening my balance was showing Rs 205 I launched a complaint and got a complaint ID and they assured problem will be solved withing 4 hrs and in the morning my balance was Rs 40 after the that i made 6-7 complaints but the issue was not solved.
Heres the reply i got from different executives
– u MUST have called (i hardly had 10 calls @ 50ps/min)
– u downloaded JAVA games (my phone does not support JAVA)
– u accessed gprs through airtel-live (when i did 333 recharge immediately withing an hour i recharged with 98 Rs. pack for gprs for 1 month with 2 GB limit)
– most interesting answer was our system does not any record for any calls, downloads, etc but its showing deduction of balance.

I really got pissed off for more than couple of weeks following these illiterate executives and when i counter their above question with my suggestion they just hanged up the call.

I hope this does not happen with any one.
