Banerjee Ford- sellCar without TDCI logo and duplicate alloy wheels

“Banerjee Ford” in Durgapur – They sell Ford Car without TDCI logo and duplicate alloy wheels. Horrible After sales Customer Service from both Ford and the dealer I bought Ford Eco Sport from Banerjee Ford, Durgapur on 9th February 2014. 1. First of all, Dealer applied 3MM treatment (full body and under chassis) without even asking. They charged the full amount at the time of delivery. How can the dealer force a customer for an accessory? 2. Rear monogram of TDCI is missing on the vehicle. Dealer is claiming that “IT WAS A SILLY MISTAKE FROM FORD FACTORY”. It is really surprising, how a company like Ford dispatch a car from their factory without proper testing? 3. I asked the dealer to replace 5 tyres with Ford genuine alloy wheels. a. First of all price quoted was more than that quoted by other dealers in Durgapur. This eventually came down on negotiating which itself is surprising for genuine Ford parts. b. Ford logo was missing in one of the alloy wheels. It was a duplicate alloy wheel. c. Alloy wheels were not fitted properly which I had to re-fit at my own expenses. After writing repeated mails, neither Ford, nor the dealer responded to this. I can provide the mails that I have for this (if required)

Replace my car with a new one as the car might be faulty as it does not have proper logo.
