I tried to make ATM withdrawal of Rs 3,000 from my Bank of Baroda account number 26190100001545. However I got the receipt saying “Unable to dispense cash” and no money was withdrawn. Inspite of that, my account has been debited for said amount. Despite repeated requests, the bank has not corrected the mistake. The complaint number is 2013112012363493

Refund of Rs 3000 and bank should be fined for mental harassment.
