Bank of Baroda – Net Banking poor service

On 21st October my net banking was not working and it showed LOGIN UNSUCCESSFUL!!! error every time i tried to transact or to login to www.bobibanking.com as a retail user i called call center and they told me to send my ip address and screenshots to barodaconnect@bankofbaroda. which i did along with screenshots.

i want that i should be able to access my NETBANKING and do the transactions. the BARODA helpline team to be more consumer friendly and ALL at Baroda Connect SHOULD have some computer literacy classes as well so that they dont disturb customer by asking IP address again and again and RESOLVE the issue as fast as possible. and If iam charged for the calls please!! REFUND MY MONEY IF YOU CANNOT SOLVE THE ISSUE
