i have lodged the same complaint as shown below to the general manager & nodal officer for public grievances/customor complaints bank of baroda,baroda and with registration no : deabd/e/2013/02912 logon to : http://pgportal.gov.in/ for further details but iam not satisfied with their level of enquiry and hence i am requesting to you for your kind support and help as early as possible. hon.sir, with ref.to the above i am having saving a/c no:02900100004252 & atm card no:-4029850299552981 in bank of baroda nadiad main branch which is my salary accont,i am working as a deputy engineer(class – i officer) at geb dhuvaran tps. on dtd.03.07.13 at18:34 hrs during withdrawal of rs. 15000/- from nadiad main branch atm id no:-1fd nad02,seq no:-313, i receved rs.1000/- less due to turning of rs.1000/-currancy note.i immedatally informed atm security man sitting very near to this atm m/c in cabine & hand over rs.1000/- *14 nos of currancy note ( less rs.1000/-) for correct calculation,he say you are right please lodge complaint in register & meet/contact bank of baroda main branch staff.than i registered complain in book at atm center & immedatally contact bank of baroda main branch staff. staff lodge the complaint in computer give me a complaint no:-2013070311995450.& say if rs.1000/- is not credited in your a/c with in 12 days you contact us.at that time i request him to keep watch,as and when new currancy is loading in atm m/c in reference to my complaint. after that i meet 10 times to baroda main branch nadiad staff, but no satisfied answer recived from him.he say as per our investigation you are receved rs.15000/-. in reference to the above i lodge complaint to you sir for further investigation,my points for the same are as under (1) i am having my saving a/c no:02900100004252 is very old. i am valuable custmer of bob since long is to be checked from my account balance which is salary a/c & being a class -i officer i am not wrong to lodge wrong complaint for just rs.1000/- ( 2) same time of withdrawal ( dtd.03.07.13 at 18:34 hrs ) cctv recording may be checked from your side as immedatally i informed atm security man sitting very near to atm m/c in cabin for recalculation of currancy. ( 3) my request for to keep watch,as and when new currancy is loading in atm m/c in reference to my complaint is not followed by bob main branch staff and now staff say’s that, it is not our duty to check the same during loading of currany in atm & same work will be carried out by agency fixed by bob.in reference to the same i say that there is ‘no’ supervision of bob staff during loading of currany in atm even if i lodge compaint. respected sir,looking to my above request matter please investigae & credite rs.1000/-in my saving a/c at the earliest please.& please informe me on following adress by post please, as i am not having computer at home.
