I have Three Home Loans(A/C No.-06290600000937,06290600000635 and 06290600001178 running with Bank Of Baroda,Dharamtala Branch,Kolkata. All Loans taken by me for my RAJARHAT FLAT. Except A/c no.06290600001178 other two loans Accounts are showing overdue. On my verbal query to bank they deducted Rs 11160/- on 19.11.2013 and gave me a clean email chit that no Overdue exist in any of ny Loan accounts. Now for last 6 months I am receiving SMS to clear my overdue. I.I have met the base Bank(JULY-2014) and provided them with all documents to elucidate the issue and give details of overdue if any. Till date neither Have I deceiver any e-mail nor the Bank has sent me ant letter,even thought The Manager,Mr A K Dipak, assured me of the same in month of JULY-2014.

Overdue are shown in my account details bandsman are sent to clear them.Interest on the same are added years after year. This has become a viscous circle but bank authorities are reluctant to solve it and amply adding the interest on overdue. I personally do not stay in kolkata due to my job,hence it is not possible to pursue them regularly and personally. Effect being accumulation of interest on FALSE OVERDUE and giving me mental irritation by sending OVERDUE CLEARING SMS .
