Bata Footwear Poor Customer Care

Dear Team, I am really upset with the poor services of Bata, no doubt this is a big brand but services are very pathetic, as after many follow ups today i got this negative mail, please check my complaint date and match with your three TAT. I really failed to understand that why I was not informed on 16th of Sep. about this policy. And for your information a manual invoice given to me instead of computerized bill, I have already checked nothing mentioned on it regarding this policy and no one informed me about the same at the time of purchase, it seems like you guys are hiding the facts from customers. I will not accept this reason at all, this is a serious issue for me being a customer. Complaint No:- 502014 Do let me know for any concern and provide me the conclusion asap. Regards Umesh
