I am a valuable customer of Bata brand for last 20 years. Last sunday i bought an article from your lajpat nagar central market franchise and on Monday when i visited the store and told to him about that article has crashed he told me to talk to bata customer care this is not my responsibility and misbehaved with me. Sir this is not done please take action against him so customer like me never suffer any more. Also why are Bata Products of Such Poor Quality these Days ? What has the management done to ensure Quality of Products & Services ?
