I had purchased Diesel from Batra Petrol Station, Khan Market. I had carried a 900 ml (vessel has printed information that it can carry only 900 ml) plastic vessel. The diesel was required for cleaning purposes. The attendant filled diesel and meter showed .97 litre, while there was at least 200 ml space left in the vessel! I had asked for the vending machine bill (direct from the vending machine) which he refused, preferred to give only manual receipt. Then I asked for measurement of the delivered diesel, which Mr. Anil (I think, supervisor) refused. Kindly note that, there is a wide public opinion that fuel, petrol/diesel, filled from Batra station does NOT give the same mileage which one gets from other fuel stations. Kindly do the needful.

The fuel station should promptly verify the quantity to the satisfaction of the customer; The vending machine bill which is to authentic is to be provided on request; The fuel station attendants should be suitably punished if found guilty of malpractices; If the vending machine itself is compromised, the owner should be given exemplary punishment leading to cancellation of the fuel station license itself.
