I purchase a battery (with 60 month guaranty) for my bike around 34 month ago. past two three month it is not working properly. when i go with guaranty card he says we dont have battery in stock come after one week then we change. he also check my bike voltage etc and found every thing OK. when i go after one week ie 23.10.13 sales man change battery (48 months guaranty due to 60 months is not available) and ask for @530 for this. in between shop owner come and ask me for payment @650 for replacement, MRP around 915 printed. when i ask for basis of calculating he said 915-(48-34)*915/48 =648. i feel it is not correct use 60 months instead of 48 month. this calculation is not giving effect of 60 month guaranty.
