I bought Bausch and Lomb ReNu contact lens solution in Bangalore and I have been so regular with their product that I did not check its contents. However whenever I used it, my eyes used to itch badly. I changed my lenses thinking they are worn out but the itchiness continued with new pair of lenses also. Then i suddenly saw ants floating in the bottle of lens solution that i have been using. I was shocked, I tried to contact the company and wanted an answer for it but no one replied properly. I am ready to go to courts,how can they be so casual, it was the matter of someone’s eye. Please address my problem.

I want a explanation and a good settlement for the lapse and the danger they could ve put me in.
