dear sir, with due respect i, ms. mousumi shasmol here by inform you that i had purchase 2 beetel cli phone (model no. m59, serial no.-00111963-13-07) from (esquire electronics,30, chandni chowk street,kolkata – 700072) on 22.01.2014. my bill no. is- t 2752.out of this 2 phones, 1 cli phone is having problem while receiving or dialing calls.i went to the dealer with the bill but unfortunately they are ignoring me to repair or to change the phone. i shall be highly grateful to you if you see this matter and do the needful at the earliest possible date.

i want the phone to be replaced or repair it, so that i can use it.
