Bengal Hyundai – Damaged Windscreen + Poor Service

I had sent my company provided car for a accident repair under insurance claim. during the repair, the service provider damaged the wind screen of my car. further the service quality was very poor. many parts claimed to have been replaced have just been repaired. since the wind screen is still broken in spite of their false promise that it will be replaced, i am unable to use the car. My children have to use public transport for school> i also have to use taxi for office. Once i was driving the car but it met with a minor accident as the front mirror was broken. the life of my family is at risk. they have also insulted me 3 times by calling me to replace the glass but have not done the same. this matter is pending for 3 to 4 months. i have also complained to Hyundai India Limited on their helpline but no action has been taken.

The trauma of being insulted in the workshop of Bengal Hyundai is too much. They have even abused me and call me a thief. The company helpline to which i have complained 4 times and also emailed has taken no steps. They have no respect for customer grievances.

I would like that the company takes back my car so that i do not have to face this trauma and insult by visiting their workshop ever again. i would also like that i must be reimbursed the money i have spent on Taxi etc. for these past months. My family has been under distress for many months as we had spent 80000 Rs. for the repairing and insurance claim was far less. we have been in a state of trauma. PLEASE HELP
