SIR i sudesh negi consumer number 62851267 (BHARAT GAS) working as a govt. servant has recently been transfered from CALICUT(kerala) to GOA ,IN CALICUT i was using indane gas and was getting regular subsidy in my account.Now have taken a connection from BHARAT GAS(goa gas service vasco) and for two cylinder bharat gas charged me 2304 Rupees and i was told that the subsidy of both cylinder will come in 4 or 5 days and if it will not come then you can make a inquiry over here. After 10 days i made a inquiry for my subsidy that has not been credited, then i talk to area sales manager about the matter then he told me that as you are getting a new connection and your aadhaar number is also not registered with us so you will not get the subsidy in your account for that.After that he gave me the number of manager (i.o.c) the same thing the manager told. I told them that government is providing us 09 subsidize cylinder so why i should pay for non subsidized cylinder.Then i gone through the website at ebharat.com at customer care and about DBTL SCHEME there i read that for new connection customer will be given 03 months time to link his aadhaar card and upto 03 months he will be given subsidized cylinder so request you kindly take over the matter as soon as possible i will be obliged if you will consider my request..
