Bharat Gas – Subsidy not Credited

My name is Vijaykumar C. Desai, residing at Vadodara, Gujarat. I am having Bharat Gas LPG connection, through distributor Shri Vishnu Fuels, Vadodara. LPG ID : 1 0000 0000 2068 3813. As per new procedure of transferring of Subsidy directly to Bank account, I have linked my UCO Bank A/c. through Aadhar Card Number. In month of Jan.2015, I have received Subsidy & Advance in my register UCO Bank A/c. without any issue. On 1st April 2015, I booked Gas Refill Cylinder with Order No. 385 and it was delivered to me on 6th April 2015 with Cash Memo No. 873, dt. 02/04/2015. After 3/4 days I checked for subsidy transfer in Bank but it was not credited to my account. So I checked in Bharat Gas site, my.ebharatgas.com, Customer Console. I was surprised to see remark in the system ” Subsidy Transfer failed due to Aadhaar Number not mapped to Account Number “. In fact Aadhaar is already mapped and I have already received Subsidy credited in my UCO Bank account in Jan.2015. So I registered Complaint No. 619603 on 15/04/2015. I was told by Distributor & Company person that your UCO Bank A/c. is not active. I approach to UCO Bank, asked them to checked the Aadhaar status, after checking they issued me a certificate stating that it active & live, l send photocopy to Distributor & Company. On doing some home work & analysing Customer Console data, I found ICICI Bank name was appearing in NPCI Bank Status Column with activation date 04/04/2015. For your information, I have given Aadhaar Card as ID proof in ICICI Bank for creating FD Account only – Pl. note, No Saving Account – I informed this Dist./Comp. through phone, email & system complaint. I was explained by Company’s Executive that their system automatic picks up latest Aadhaar data & link to customers LPG ID and they unable to change it. So I had given request to ICICI Bank to remove Aadhaar data from the system, they did it and issued me Certificate of removing Aadhaar data. I send photocopy of this to Dist./Comp. through email. By Distributor executive, I was told, first that it will done by end of April 2015, then I was told it will be done by 05/05/2015, as he has given revised data to the Company in Form No. 6 on 28/04/2015. But still no result. So I was asked by Dist./Comp. executive to delink and relink Aadhaar data in UCO Bank. Again I had to visit UCO Bank & given request to do so, they did and replied directly to Dist./Comp. executives by email. On receiving email from UCO Bank, Mr. M.S. Jamali, Dy. Manager, Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd., send me email on 02/05/2015 at 11:35 AM, stating ” Now the details has been corrected, system for failed transaction, try to resent the subsidy after every 15 days, so we have to wait for next 15 days, the subsidy should come to your account”. But as on now, subsidy still not credited to my UCO Bank account. Meanwhile in response to my Complaint No. 693743, Company’s executive as put remark ” YOUR COMPLAIN

Pl.ask company to credit Subsidy in time in my Bank account without any issues. Or else if they cannot resolve to transfer it in Bank they may pay by cheque. And also ask to pay extra money I have spend for resolving issue & interest on delayed payment.
