Hi, My name is Kathrena. The Gas is booked under my mother’s name Mery Thomas. We have booked the cylinder on 2nd of August 2014; but till now we have not received the cylinder. Every time we call they say that we will send after 2 days and that 2 days never arrive. This issue we are facing from past few months. It is high time now. Every time we have to go to the Agency and shout and yell at them and then finally they get the cylinder. I would be very much obliged if you resolve this issue. Since we are in Lonavala we are not sure whom to contact. Since i know about the consumer grievance i write this complaint. Hope to see better results. Thank you, Kathrena Thomas
