We submitted Rs 11,257 online to Bharti AXA Life Insurance for renewal of our car insurance on 29th April 2014. And even today, 2nd of September, we haven’t received our policy and we were told we will receive it within 10 days, and its been 4 months now. We have talked to their sales representatives time and again and yet we haven’t seen any improvement.

1. I was filed for a court challan for not carrying the insurance with me and my RC is still submitted with the court. 2. I have gone to the court twice but my RC is not being given without the insurance 3. I have called them time and again, and they’re based in Bangalore. 4. For four months we have been troubled by them as they always say we’ll call back and they never do 5. Whenever we asked them to connect the call to their seniors, they always refrained from doing so

We will get our insurance done from elsewhere, but we want our 11,257 back and a compensation amount for our 4 months of trouble. Also, we’ve called them a lot and their have been a breach of trust from their end to a great extent in deferring call backs and delaying our requests for 4 straight months.
