Bharti axa – poor service refund my money

I had purchased this policy in the month of march 2013. From that time, I have not received my policy bond. I contact a lot to the person from which I bought this policy, but no any solution given to me. On 22-August-2013, I registered a complaint on bharti axa customer care email Id. But they are not giving me any satisfactory answer except saying to wait. I had not been given any proof of delivery by the company side. Just they are saying that we had delivered it to you. Then, I escalate the matter through IRDA Portal, but, the company is saying ” Declining the consumer’s request”. I haven’t got the policy bond yet, and getting alerts for renewal premium. Kindly interfere.

I want to get my policy cancelled and get my money refunded to me. Please impose a heavy penalty on this company for neglecting the consumer’s interest.
