Tr : 8318, St:4815, Ch: 260257, Approval Code 014704, dated 17.08.2013 cashier was Sivshankre Kumar, )after 10 days Mangal Sutra Broken itself, I approach to sales girl Ms. Rekha, she repaired same Mangal Sutra and return to us. After a month again Mangal Sutra Broken I again contact to ms. Rekha for replacement she refused to replace and said sir I will adjust only half price of this Mangal Sutra for only in new purchase mangal sutra, I am fed up with her reply, please look into the matter sir, i registered a online complaint in big bazaar (future group) and my reference id no. is 12462

Sir/Madam, Please award me maximum to maximum compensation, for harassment, and & replace my wife mangalsutra with newer, and penalties as per provisions in the act,
