I the informant Resham Sahni, had gone to Big Cinemas Vashi on Wednesday 16th October 2013 to watch a movie (BOSS) show timing 3.45pm. During the interval at 5.00pm when i went to purchase a water bottle from the counter in the lounge area of the cinema hall. I was over charged on the MRP for a water bottle(Aquafina). The MRP was Rs.18 on the water bottle(Aquafina) & i was charged Rs.40 for the same & when inquired a bill was given to me for Rs.40 & i was humiliated, stating if i can’t afford it, should not be coming to such places.

The Economic loss & physical loss suffered by me should be compensated, fine should be imposed to the cinema house for overcharging above the MRP printed on the water bottle(Aquafina), which is a basic need for every human and amount should be made to deposit as they might have been doing this since the time they have opened.
