Sir, We had purchased a biogas plant for home to produce cooking gas from the biogas plant installed on our terrace. The said promised did not work as it is not producing any gas from the unit inspite of following all the instructions carefully number of time the owner was called to look into it. Later he refused to respond and reply. We asked him for replacing initially but now we want the refund.

We want damages of Rs. 25000 and Rs. 20000 in damages for the mental agony he has given to my senior citizen parents and additionally the alterations we did on the terrace to install this plant.
