Sir I am a travel agent of birdres.com. I have 2 mobile recharge from birdres.com on 2nd January. But recharge not successful. after many time complaining they showed me fraud statement of refund. But actual refund is not credited to my credit limit.I have sent them more than 50 time email. They are assuring me to look after the matter shortly. But every time they are replying me auto generate email. I want only my refund back and want it from the company. In future they must Keep account statement clear.
