I have purchased one AirCooler of Brand Birla Electricals on 24th Apr 2014 from the dealer Vijay Sales in Mira road. But in just a matter of 15 days it stopped working. I keep on calling to their cutomer help desk, but to my surprise they didn’t give any response. Even then i kept on calling then they replied and logged the complaint with the complaint number – 14050910 on 8th May 2014. Since then I kept on following them but to no response from their side. Every day they do have one or the other excuse. But they do not try to resolve the problem and not even bother to tell me what the hell is the problem with all this. In fact these sales guys from Vijay sales in Mira road are also very irresponsible and doesn’t care about all this.

I need the quick response and just want to replace this with the new one. As if their product doesn’t last for more than 2 weeks then their is no use to purchase it.
