Sir, This is for your kind attention I have miss-sold a policy by the agent of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. before 1 year ago from Delhi via telephonic. This agent has told me that there is some fund lying in IRDA in the name of mine. In order to liquidate this I have to buy the policy amounting Rs.48, 400/- for RBI relationship & it will be one time payable & refundable. I went on leave for month at my home town Varanasi, U P. when I came return back from my leave, Then found a policy of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I have applied for the cancellation of my policy. I apply for free look cancellation of this policy on above given address but it was return back at my given address- J P Shastri C/O Mr. S D Mukharjee, MP Housing Board Colony Quarter No. HIG 793, B/H Reliance warehouse, near Jai Mata Di Petrol Pump, Shahdol, MP-484001 I have written many complain letter by Email to Customer Service and Grievance Officer of Birla Sun Life Co. Ltd. with 10 to 15 reminders but no any action is taken. My policy I cannot operate with your cheater company, Cancel my policy and refund total amount Rs. 48400/ in my account as soon as possible. Since past two month I could not able to get my refunds back. This is completely an act of forgery and completely miss-selling the policy. Sir, I had received a massage on my mobile at 13:32 hrs. 10.04.2014 on as like – your communication for Birla Sun Ins. Pol # 6369215 is registered under ref # 36828951.Pl note this #for future reference. We will respond within 15 days. Sir Please, accept the some attached words copy which was written letter email & receipt letter by customer services, CGRO and Consumer Affairs Department IRDA, Basheer Bagh I am requesting to you cancel my Birla Sun Life Insurance Co.Ltd Policy No. 006369215 and return back my total amount Rs. 48,400/ in my account. Sir,I am sending to you all required letter print out & policy related paper through courier at your office address.
Sir, I want to cancel of my policy No. 006369215 of Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and return my total cash back in my account.
