My handset model Blackberry Curve 9720 had problem of frequent switch off, battery back up, touch auto movement, for which i submitted my handset with Blackberry Authorized Expert Center the Connection via Service Job Sheet No 2138 dtd: 17/03/15, which was received under warranty by the center along with battery of handset. with verbal communication that it require major repair and will beset to HCL teck Bangalore and may take One to One & Half month, but after 2 months also i have not received my handset even after rigorous follow up with them in physical, then i wrote mail to HCL technology, they replied that repaired handset has been sent from our center on 14th May to their service center and they will contact me once handset is received at Ranchi but so far no call, i have made several calls but response is that Handset not reached.
I feel Blackberry need to be penalized for such poor service so that they don’t do such thing to any other customer. it is giving mental stress to me, they need to return handset to me with immediate effect or provide new handset in lieu of that immediately.
