I have purchased a blackberry z10 mobile through Flipkart. In mobile, my IMEI no- 354010054623617. on 19th Jan, i went to Authorized Blackberry Service Center (Kajubala Building,Ground Floor, 114, Metro Piler No.58,Veer Savarkar Block, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur,Pin-110092). The blackberry service center checked the mobile and told me that your mobile is scrap mobile, so you are not eligible for any claim for warranty across all over to India and all over the world because your mobile is scrap mobile. And also on 21st jan, i went to another blackberry service center, that is in 2nd Floor, 204, Guru Amardas Bhawan, Building No-78, Nehru Place, Delhi – 110019. He was also told me this mobile is scrap mobile. But you gave me 1.5 years manufacturing warranty. and my battery charger is also a converter type, that is US to India converter. And flipkart does not want to resolve this problem. Every day his representative told me that after 72 hour, your problem will be resolved but no action.

I want original blackberry z10 mobile. other wise refund my money with the interest and conveyance fare spent to visit service center.
