i am Dr. jawahar Dheer from phagwara. i have sent a courier via Blazeflash couriers phagwara(punjab) office through there local dealer mr bhullar (contact no. 9041480983). courier slip no was 293200437. courier was sent from Phagwara to bangalore on following address: consignee name and details : Smiley Ohri Emp. Id: 215892 Emp ID: smiley.ohri@wipro.com Mob. No: +91 9781600079 Wipro Technologies Address: No.71 & 72, Wipro Avenue, Off Wipro EC4 Internal Road, Keonics Electronics City Phase 1, Bangalore, Karnataka 560100 date of dispatch: 26/03/2014 its been around 20 days but still its not delievered. moreover its difficult to track my courier and even the person in bangalore are not picking up the calls. i hav been calling on bangalore numbers : 080-41123079 , 41123082, 41123083,9845270255,8123184741 (all these numbers). but no one is answering it. courier weighs around 3 kg and i have paid Rs. 200 for this. it contains my personal materials (like clothing, documents and other important personal stuffs etc). kindly look in to this matter and take the necessary action.

firstly i need my courier to be delivered on the recipient’s address as soon as possible. or i should be sent back to me on this address: 87, professors colony, banga road, phagwara-144401. punjab on company’s expense. in case it has been damaged or been lost by the company, then i want them to pay me for the value of goods in the courier and moreover for my physical and mental harassment. regards: harassed citizen of India
