Hi, I have booked a courier (AWB No- 211299474) at your branch Laxmi Nagar (near metro station) on 3rd April for Noida location. This courier is still not delivered to the destination after a week. As I tracked the courier on your website, it is showing that consignment is put on hold at Noida location from 4th of April and below two people are responsible for delivering the same.
