My mother had couriered a parcel to mumbai on 24/03/2014 it was to be delivered in 2-3 days but may 2014 come to an end still it is undelivered,when contacted to khanpur office he says he can’t help contact corporate office, even visited corporate office in narayana but to no help they have given one phone no. 01142974297 which is always engaged we are running from pillar to post but all our efforts are in vain please help us.

Parcel was about Rs.1680/- plus courier charge of Rs. 130/- and after that we have make no. of calls in delhi / mumbai office no. of rounds khanpur office all this has cost us around Rs.1000+ and was time consuming also.

Our parcel back in good condition and give justice to us.
