I am really fed up, It’s a long story. your blue dart continuously harassment to us from 1 years. Every parcel they make harassment without any reason. actually every time blue dart refused me that sir please collect your item from our office, I think there is some problem , because I am that guy who live in heart of the agartala( 799001), they skulk from their duty. I am sorry to say that I am a regular customer of your BLUE DART courier. But your courier service is not satisfied to me. The following problems are given to you for your kind information 1. My house is situated at heart of the Agartala (799001), but BLUE DART does not agree to home delivery for different causes – shortage of man power – big items not possible for delivery at my address. – Sometime say that our home is not jurisdiction of their delivery area. –

They also ordered me by telephone to collect my item from their office within 6 pm, after that they not bound to delivery. – 03812328404 this no is really stupid, no body response in time. But I will PROVE by photograph that their service is available in my area. Please take necessary action at early as possible. After complaint that 10/20 items blue dart delivery in my home. I think my problem is resolved. Then after few days again the problem start, every parcel required minimum 10/20 mails or calls. In every parcel Agartala side update that OUT OF DELIVERY AREA Or called me sir please collects your item. I have all records. You know every parcel they make harassment. But, after 10/20 mails I got my each and every delivery. This is possible, every parcel make 10/20 mails. Is it called business?????? If you not mail, then you never got your delivery. Because nobody response. I know that peoples who are working or update on Agartala side. I don’t know their name. Every time I mailed also snap deal. Flipkart, ebay etc, I think for business partner, they never take action.

YOu know I am a very frequent for online shopping. So, 90% items are coming through BLUE DART. if there is no service , then why they picked up my item, please take action.
