I have ordered by FlipKart for home delivery. My home is about 1KM from BlueDart address. I got call from 9712946409 and he was asking to come and pick up courier rather to provide at home address. He didn’t respond me and cut call and send SMS about address. Later I got to know from FlipKart that BlueDart is saying that my home is out of rang. I staying near by Stadium and Area is under HUDA. So There is no problem regarding getting courier or Post. Previously also when I was staying in Pune, They lost my debit cards dispatched by Bank and later I faced too much.

Written and effective assurance that now onwards they will provide me door step delivery for my couriers. Not only to me but any other who are residing in my area. Moreover they should treat well with customer. They are behaving that I am under debt of them. We already asking service by payment so deserve well service.
