had a terrible experience on demanding service for my KenStar Gas Water Heater, modeled: GRISHMA (KGG05W1M-GDY) from the authorized service provider of KenStar named”V.K. Agency, Lakhimpur (U.P.)\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”. Mr. Kuldeep & Sonu, (+91 9026868957, 9389268142, 05872-270079, 8687183163 )the owner of the agency asked me Rs 5000 for the refurbishment of the a our Water Heater, in-spite it is in warranty for 2 years. On refusing ti pay money they abused us the product of KenStar Corporation. I purchased the KenStar GRISHMA Gas Water Heater last year at 30-10-2011 from Chhabra Electricals. They are also not taking interest in our need and in-spite asking for the same, money. When I tried to contact KenStar i didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’t found any official email ID or contact number to complain them. I feel helpless and bluffed by the company and service provider, that i say buttom of my heart that KenStar is a FRAUD COMPANY, which is selling BOGUS PRODUCT and is robbing the common Indian and service provider of KenStar are the co-partner in their deed
