BodyFuelz Whey – Faulty Product – No Customer Care

I had ordered BodyFuelz Whey on 23 Aug and they delivered the wrong product on 29th Aug and they told me that they will send someone to replace it on 30th aug. On 30 aug when i called them 5 or 6 time they told me to send pictures of product and told me to wait 3-4 working days that means after 4-5 working days someone from snapdeal will come and collect and verify .After receiving damaged product ..they will initiate the shipping which will again take 3-4 days again…means it will be arnd 18 days. I had already joined a good gym and paid 1800 & still i not having any clue of my product .WTF my complaint number is 3069166.
