We (group of 5 people) have purchased a no. of tour from bookmyholiday and all formalities, including payment and voucher sending, has already been done in time. But till date, we dont have any booking confirmed. Despite our long follow ups on phone, we got nothing from BAGITTODAY. Pls help us out or should we assume that our money has been lost?

Each tour costs 5999/-(tour purchase)plus 450/- (tour booking). In this way we are loosing Rs. 32245/-

I want to get my all money back i.e. 32245/-.
