Distributor by name Amardeep Agencies, Govandi, Mumbai(code 110904)has been shut down about a month back but no online intimation from BPCL as we are registered online users. We were not intimated about the change to alternate distributor and through heresay we came to know that it is transferred to Excel Gas, Chembur. However, when we went there to book the gas,there is utter confusion prevailing there with no proper helpline/response. The phone no given by them to book the gas refill is not accepting the call. Hundreds of people waiting at the place by taking leave from their work. I had been there for 4 consecutive days but without any use because of overcrowding and utter confusion prevailing. Even, in BPCL website, we are not able to login a complaint as repetedly it says error occurred.

We want immediate allocation to a responsible distributor and gas refill with immediate effect as we are without gas for the past 25 days. Our Consumer no is 41183361. Consumer name: V Sukanya
