I Lodged a complain to BPCL Customer Care.My Complaint No. 324712 dated 09/12/2014 The details are “I got my connection from SUBHAM BHARATGAS GRAMIN VITARAK (172366) on 22/05/2014. My Consumer no. 63848417 with registered mobile no. 9477423xxx. But unfortunately I have lost my mobile no. 9477423xxx on 23/05/2014. Then I submit a filled up form requesting to change my mobile no to 964712xxx on 05/08/2014 and again on 04/11/2014 with filled up mobile no. change request form. But till now my mobile no is not changed. I am unable to book my cylinder from my mobile. Please change my mobile to 9647128xxx as early as possible.” On 11/12/2014 I received a mail on 11/12/2014 that my complaint has been resolved. But till now I am unable to book my Cylinder from my new mobile no i.e. 9647128xxx
