BPL Mobile – Cheating on incorrect billing and false information

I had taken up a National Roaming Pack of 49 Rupees as i was travelling in different states and it would help me for my bill economy, on return i also deactivated the service so that the plan does not continue for the further months as i was in Mumbai itself. The date, time and registration number for logging request is: 29-10-2013 03:31:38 PM Doc-SR-291098054 and for deactivation is: 18-11-2013 11:22:20 AM Doc-SR-181131116 When the bill arrived, i could see that even though i had requested this service, it was not applied and when i visited a couple of Loop Mobile gallery, they said i need to contact the customer service by calling 800 number from my phone. The customer service people told me that as i had deactivated the service before the billing cycle, it would not be applied on my bill and none of these information was provided to me by their representatives while placing and deactivating this request. I agreed to the same and paid the bill. The second instance is recently i had been travelling again to West Bengal and i had activated the Loop National Roaming 89 Plan before my billing cycle because as they informed me earlier that i can activate this pack anytime of the month within the month for it to have effect on the current billing cycle, for which all my incoming calls would be free on roaming. So i was travelling from 1-Mar-2014 to 14-Mar-2014 and activated the roaming pack on 15-Mar-2014; the details are: 15-03-2014 08:35:25 PM DOC-SR-1503150050 I continued the service for rest of the month and did not deactivate it before my billing cycle. Still i was charged for the same. When i called the customer service for incorrect charges; one representative checked my bill and identified that these were incorrect charges and took request for revising my bill amount. She told i will be contacted within 48 hours for the resolution. I waited for more that 3 days but no communication. When i called back again to know the status; the representative on the line told me that these charges were correct because i was charged for roaming before 15-Mar-2014 and not from 15-Mar-2014 since i activated the service. I did explain him the issue what i had faced earlier and what i was informed about the previous problem, but he failed to understand and was very uncooperative and stressed that these charges were rightfully charged. There is total contradiction of these 2 situations. Loop Mobile is just trying to fool its customers and extract money from them by unfair and unethical means. I have all the required messages sent by the service provider on my phone and also all the bills.

I want relief by asking them for apology letter and compensation by paying me for the amount of at least 5 lakhs rupees for the trouble i had to go through and the time i wasted multiple times. I also want loop mobile to learn a lesson as paying a heavy amount will alert them and then they will take care of not making such mistakes just for their profit and also give correct information. i want to send a message across all consumers and companies that if companies try to cheat, we can make them pay.
