My Skullcandy headphone (model no-S2IKFY-074) was damaged which was in warranty. So I called distributor to replace the product. They told me to send them the product to their respective address by currior. They promised me that they will replace the product within 2 weeks. I also sent the product to the address on 2nd January 2016. But I do not get back my replacing product till now(after 2 months). & I didn’t get also any confirmation message from the distributor. So, I want to get my product wright now. Please help me as soon as possible. Thanking you.

I want to get back my product wright now with replacement new product with same model no. Also I want my caution money for wasting my valuable time & for harassment.
