Indian telecom regulator needs to know your views on the Quality of Broadband Internet service you get from your ISP [Airtel, BSNL DataOne, Reliance, Sify, ZeeNext, YouTelecom, Tata Indicom WiMax, Indicom VSNL broadband, etc]. If you have issues like slow browsing, connectivity problems, downtime of more than 24 hours in a month, extremely high bills, etc

Problem: The issue is simple. The customer care executives are illiterate and retards. They have been given a total of 4 solutions to any problems the consumer faces namely
1. Restart your modem.
2. Disconnect and reconnect all the wires from your modem to the PC.
3. Wait and wait…as this might be a server issue.
4. Line problem..get lineman to check the condition of your line.
I called them once..while hoping of some REAL technical assistance, but the dumbass retards know nothing except the afore-mentioned solutions.
Kindly make this complaint to TRAI as i feel cheated by MTNL and I spend more time getting furious about the issue rather than surfing the net..becuase it simply doesn’t work.

I have SAI NET isp connection at Hindmata, Dadar, Mumbai-400014. Sainet has recently taken direct line from FIVE NETWORK, but they not consider in rates and taking more 100/- per plan. Please note other FIVE NETWORK isp providers taking same price decided by FIVE NETWORK. I have tried to explain the same to SAI NET, but they not change the rates. This is LOOT. If TRAI has any regulation for charges, pls take action against SAI NET. This is cheat with atleast 1500 customers in our area.
