BSES Yamuna had disconnected electricity without serving notice on 26 August 2010. I had followed case through Public Grievance Cell-Govt of Delhi, who finally confirmed through their order dtd 13 July 2011, ref: GNCTD/PGC/POWER(1821)/1546, that BSES Yamuna and its officials had harassed me and had played mischief in this case. After many followups, an official from BSES Yamuna tendered an apology for having disconnected electricity and harassing customer,but did not confirm if order from Govt of Delhi served ? If yes, can the name of erring officer/officers be shared who authorized disconnection without serving notice and then generated a fake second notice to cover for their lapses ? 2. Why has the CEO-BSES Yamuna not stepped in to tender an apology ? 3. Why did the order not direct BSES to provide compensation for harassment and the inconvenience I have been put through Request the ministry of consumer affairs to kindly look into the matter and provide relief.
Atleast 10000000. Out of this amount, I wish to contribute Rs 2500000 towards a government department which will work towards protecting more consumers in future.
