dear sir , i made a payment of rs. 555=00 (recharge) for my bsnl mobile 9462730xxx by sbbj instant pay service with sbbj online on 20 may 2013 but recharge not done & refund not done. transaction detailas are below- payment id- msbj2999044996 transaction date – 20-05-2013 09:12:31 mobile number- 9462730xxxservice provider- bsnl prepaid region- rajasthan payment amount (inr) 555.00 bank- sbbj keshorai patan dist bundi rajasthan sir, bsnl said that go to sbbj keshorai patan branch for refund & branch and inb cell also said that go to bsnl for refund…. i am not understanding what i do ? i have contacted with bsnl & bank branch so please sir give an action against bsnl & sbbj… email- utkarshgupta30@yahoo.com 09252586xxx
