BSNL – amount paid advance line got disconnected

Dear Sir, I am subscriber of BSNL broadband with consumer ID= 4021426944. I had paid my bills as and advance of 12 months. The line got disconnected on 7th May 2014, we waited 3 days and complained to the Authority about this disconnection. They said there is problem in the connectivity but dont know when it will solved. After two days, we raised the same complaint, at that time they misbehaved to us.

I need to get my connection back. Thats what all I need.
