BSNL – broadband is not working problem not resolve by staff

Sir, I opted for BSNL broadband service from 11th March 2014 but I did not got the appropriate ADSL signal in my land line connection required for the broadband services.I complained about it to the concerned person and he assured me that my problem would be looked upon but yesterday they even barred my land line telephone signal too.When I complained about it,they said they have done it delebrately.Now both my land line as well as the broadband connection is not working.Even after complaining online on there self care website,they show the status as resolved but the problem is still there. I want my landline as well as broadband connection restored as soon as possible and I want deduction in the montly bill for the period I have suffered due to negligence of BSNL staff and administration.
