Respected sir, most respectfully i beg to state that i am om prakash barai as a subscriber of bsnl postpaid mobile no-9432497xxxx,these mobile no due amount is all ready paid on 21-08-2014, the amount are rs-772/-but my mobile no are not reconnected, i have send the fax to AOTR,CUSTOMER CARE , AND DGM , they not any reply me, so i request to you please help me and reconnect my mobile no, thanks
all ready 9 days completed , but my mobile no was not reconnected after payment,
