we have been using bsnl for over 10 years.in our area that is rawatbhata near kota and comes under tehsil chittor in rajasthan .the network problem is being faced by each of the bsnl mobile network user day to day basis.hardly a day passes when the connection is smooth.the authority is not working on our issues.it is being observed from last 3 years that the network is so disturbing that one cannot hear the voice on the other side clearly.the network problem arises daily and one cannot connect to other people and family through mobile.the authority is being continuously ignoring our serious matter and not responding responsibly.please look into my issue and help us to tackle this situation.

i want to have better service in our locality so that the bsnl network improves and we can lead a happy life
