Bsnl – Dead landline form 27 Aug 13

My landline is faulty since 27/8/13. Have contact numerous time to the customer care. Got no result. Technical person says that it been repaired but we couldn’t see any change in landline state, Dead as it is. It is TWO months now. Please help.

Compensation for the time of faulty months.

Just want a working connection.
